Simply print out the membership form, complete and fax (08 8267 1891) or post (PO Box 64 North Adelaide 5006) to SASMOA with your cheque or credit card payment.
You can also pay the subscription by monthly bank debit or fortnightly payroll deductions. If you prefer to pay fortnightly or monthly simply print the required form, sign and return to the SASMOA office with your application.
Our subscription year is 1 January to 31 December each year. The half year subscription rate now applies as below.
